Ingredients:
Cedrus atlantica (Atlas Cedarwood) , Boswellia carterii (frankincense) oil, Eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus) leaf oil, Piper nigrum (black pepper) seed oil, Limonene*, Linalool*
* Naturally occuring in essential oils
How to use:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of SINUS essential oil blend to your diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle or drop 1 to 2 drops to your inhaler stick can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need.

Pillow: Make your own pillow spray by diluting it in water and shake before each use. Alternatively, add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Steam: Add 2-3 drops into a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck, temples, throat, or chest.

Mask: Place 1 drop on the front side of your reusable mask or onto a mask sticker. Do not drop essential oils directly onto surgical or disposable mask as it will melt the material and compromise the functionality.
Scent: Woody, Warm and Spicy as base note and Camphoraceous top note
Care Instructions: For external use only. Not recommended for ingestion. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Avoid sensitive area, such as eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Consult healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Best kept in a cool dry place.
